“My Choga” incorporates stories, songs, and creative breathing exercises with traditional yoga poses. Yoga teacher Jana Mulholland, told the News & Star “the kids love their teddy bears even when they get older. They bring their teddy to the class and I get teddy to do some poses and then the children copy it. I teach the yoga through a story and bring breathing exercises into it. I bring songs into it and we go on adventure along the way.” Yoga for children can improve sleeping habits, concentration and focus, strength and flexibility and body awareness. On her website, Mulholland explains that through these classes her “aim is to give children the best possible start in life, build their confidence and self-worth.”
